THE LOWER THE TEMPERATURE – THE HOTTER THE FOOD!
Freezing cold and my food turns red. I eat beetroots, carrots, sweet potatoes, pepper, tomatoes, red indian spices. Colors mean a lot to me, visually, and apparently as pure energy. I heard a higly interesting talk last fall about the colors of food, and how little we still know about its effect on our health. Probably in some years we will talk about colors instead of vitamins and minerals. Would work well for me!
To find the ingredients comes naturally, without thinking. Next step has to be considered carefully, – what plate am I eating from? Does this food work best on a naturally colored plate, or one with patterns?
This is the crucial point.
Today I have to admit it all worked almost better than expected.
My favorite Foxwood Tales plate was selected, and voilá, I could feel how the food benefitted me even before starting.
As I was sitting there enjoying my lunch a drama built up.
First I could not really believe it, but soon I had to admit, my beetroot lunch was the battlefield of a drama of life and death.
There is something in the air….
ohhh, sweet smell of rabbit with a mix of…
as I thought, porcupine, my favorite spice…
I had to eat really quickly today, to prevent a total catastrophy!
