VISIT THE AUSTRALIAN JUNGLE – safely guided by the Cones.
One of my subscribers will be the lucky winner of a «traveldocument» taking you to the Australian jungle. More info below.
Following the Cones into the deepest of jungles will make a profound change in your life. Your «good-old-you» will look like a faded «last-season-leaf» compared to the person returning home. On the other hand, you might find that the real home of your soul is to be found under the green roof of the jungle. Wakening up to sounds cutting your trout off, you will find new ways to express the bliss of living. The Cones will be there for you. They are your trusted guides. They have experienced to find their true roots. After reading about «Snugglepot and Cuddlepie following in the footsteps of the Banky Men», the cones travelled all the way to Australia to get firsthand information. The Banky men got their names after the appearance of the Banksia cones. The story was brought to us by Cecilia May Gibbs (1877 –1969), an Australian children’s author, illustrator, and cartoonist.
«We always knew it» the cones screamed, «and now we have the evidence.»
One cone does not weigh very much, neither does a whole bunch of them, and when my son took a trip to Australia he was totally unaware of being the carrier of a whole group of cones.
«This is just the beginning – we will travel all over the planet and find our ancestors. As us they will still hang around. We are not only art activists, we are the voice of our peoples, our ancestors and all living cones worldwide. This is our mission. Our courage is like a muscle. It will never weaken as our goal is to bring truth to the surface claiming justice for all of us. Our exterior is size small but our visions are XXL, touching the clouds.»
After a while, probably a couple of weeks, I suddenly became aware of the silence. My garden rested in peace. Used to having the cones appearing all over, normally where I least expected them to be, I realized I could hear the birds sing. I even found myself passionately talking loudly to myself to fill the gap. So I thought – that was it, – fine! They have found new territories to express themselves, new victims for their creativity, and I will probably never see them again.
On my sons return from Australia we enjoyed the pictures taken on the trip. There was the Opera in Sidney, wonderful beaches – and dramatic jungle interiors! Suddenly we discovered a colorful spot on one of the pictures. A rare parrot? Then another and…
Of course, not a hard nut to crack… I have to admit it, this was absolutely unexpected. The cones had taken me by surprise – again.
And now – back to where I started. These outrageous, shameless little darlings are now in business. Hired by an Australian travelling agency they are your local guides on jungle safaris.
I urge you, do not miss this breathtaking, once-in-a-lifetime experience.
